Reliable IP video surveillance with megapixel resolution: you’ll see every detail even at great distances. With 1.3 million pixels (1280 x 1024), the range for detection/identification doubles to 12 m / 6 m compared to VGA resolution! During the day the camera provides color images; under 0.5 lux, it switches to B/W mode. You use a WLAN interface to feed video images into the network and view them in a browser, in the supplied VMS software, or in MSN Messenger. A special feature of the camera series: an integrated SD card slot that allows you to save image data on a 16 GB SD card (not included). The advantage: you don’t lose any data if the network fails. Thanks to progressive scan 1/4" CMOS technology, the images are transmitted in real time as sharp full-screen images. The images are compressed in a highly efficient manner using H.264, MPEG-4, or MJPEG. Quad stream allows the output of four parallel live streams over the Internet or on mobile devices, with the image quality adjusted depending on the device and bandwidth (H.264, MPEG-4, MJPEG, 3GPP). Using the CS mount, you can integrate your chosen lens from our broad product range (with additional 10x digital zoom). The ELC, BLC, AGC, and AWB functions ensure the best possible images in all lighting conditions. And alarm notification is sent via e-mail when motion is detected by the built-in motion sensor, and a recording device (PC, hard drive) is automatically triggered for recording thanks to the network storage function. If you connect an external microphone, the camera can also react to noise.
