Highlights

The internal key stopper in system Z14 as well as the multiple paracentric keyway provide a high protection in master key systems so that an unauthorized key cannot open the cylinder. The patent protection guarantees a legal protection against unauthorized key copies.

Z14 is available in two security levels - Z14 and XZ14, both can be combined within one master key system. Master key systems in Z14 can be extended by XZ14 and therefore a future-proof investment is guaranteed. 

In addition the master key system can also be combined with electronic cylinders of ABUS Seccor. With the help of the new Combi Cap already existing Z14 master key systems can be extended by electronic components. The system Z14 can be used for small and even very large master key systems.

• Extension of Z14 for higher security demands, also only in certain parts of a master key system possible

Combination with electronic

Due to the Combi Cap and the Skuni cap, the combination with electronic systems is very easy. The key can be directly shipped from the factory as mechanic-electronic combination key. A later retrofitting of electronic components can be effected by the use of the Combi Cap. External systems such as alarm systems, time recording and pay terminals can be operated with this hybrid key.

Internal key stopper

The key stopper in the key tip and the blocking pin inside the cylinder increase the key copy protection and the anti pick protection considerably. If the key stopper is missing the key cannot be inserted completely and the key does not work.

Cylinders with Euro profile

 For the protection of life and property, ABUS provides high-quality cylinders for corresponding mortise locks according to DIN norms.

Circular cylinders

 The circular cylinders are applicable for indoor as well as outdoor use. The are suitable for relevant additional door locks, deposit boxes, mailboxes, sliding gates, switch devices and much more.

These padlocks are distinguished for the integration into ABUS locking systems. They are available in many variations and can even be used under difficult conditions.

The special range includes many types of cylinders that are suitable for the special needs of different countries (such as Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium and France). They are distinguished for the use within ABUS locking systems.
