System Y14 offers the unique cylinder length 21-21, a short length suitable for use in glass doors. This short cylinder can be integrated completely into the locking system as a 5-pin cylinder.

The bent profile of the system Y14 offers its users a high key stability and a safe protection against illegal copying of keys. The groove at the top of the key provides further protection against illegal key copies and also cylinder manipulations. 

System Y14 enables you to produce everything from small to very large key systems. It can be combined with electronic systems within one locking system and can be also be retrofitted into existing mechanical locking systems. The mechanical key can be equipped with a special key cap enabling it to open mechanical as well as electronic cylinders.

• Extension of Y14 for higher security demands
• Can be used in sections of a locking system
• 2 rows with 5 or 6 spring loaded locking elements and up to 3 code pins 

Combination with electronic

Due to the Combi Cap and the Skuni cap, the combination with electronic systems is very easy. The key can be directly shipped from the factory as mechanical-electrical combination key. A later retrofitting of electronic can be effected by the use of the Combi Cap. 

The bent profile

The bent profile provides excellent picking resistance and a high key copy protection. Because of the bent shape the key has a clearly improved stability.
