Window bar lock FOS 550

Multiple point window lock

Technology:

  • VdS approved, DIN tested
  • Resists more than one ton static load per securing point
  • Two locking points (top and bottom)
  • The system and the window is locked by the window handle
  • Appropriate bar sets have to be ordered separately
  • Incl. two keys

Operation and use:

  • Suitable for inward opening windows and patio doors with turn or turn-tilt fittings
  • Modular construction system up to 310 cm, if handle is centered on the frame
  • Also for double windows with or without a rebate, with 7 mm square bolt
  • Dead bolting with quality push-button cylinder
  • Unlocking with the key only necessary after dead bolting
  • Can be supplied keyed alike with a variety of other ABUS products
