Technology:

  • 8.5 mm steel shackle
  • The case, the shackle as well as supporting elements of the locking mechanism are made of special hardened steel
  • ABUS push'n lock the patented closing mechanism for easy attachment of accessory
  • Extra large aperture
  • ABUS automatic cylinder with user-friendly reversible key
  • Two keys are supplied with the lock
  • The KR (key retaining) version holds the key when the lock is open, the NKR (non key retaining) version allows taking the key out of the cylinder

  • Good protection at medium theft risk
  • Recommended for securing good bicycles

Transport:

  • LH - easy screwing to the threaded rear frame
  • CL - quick mounting with the included universal clips at the threaded rear frame
  • SP - screwing at the seatstay brigde

Tips:

  • Frame locks are a covenient protection against unauthorized use of the bicycle
  • The security can be increased significantly by using the accessory 4850 Cable and 4850 Chain
  • It is highly recommendable to use a second lock besides the frame lock
