This camera takes real-time images in HD 1080p resolution and feeds them into an IP network. The indoor dome design makes it highly suitable for discreet surveillance tasks. Operating and accessing the video images occurs via VMS software, web browser or app. Professional surveillance in 24/7 operation This dome camera is specially suitable for 24/7 operation indoors, e.g. shops, offices or warehouses. It records all the details of events in 1080p resolution – for extremely detail-rich images and high level authenticity. Thanks to the integrated IR lighting, the camera produces excellent pictures in the day or night. Variofocal lens plus adjustable IR intensity The integrated variofocal lens with a focal length of 2.7 to 9 mm enables the image area to be exactly aligned on the situation on site. The IR lighting can be set for the required area, which avoids overexposed faces, for example. Multi-stream for seamless images in each IP network The camera produces the video images as HD and SD stream. In this way, the live view stays smooth the whole time and a connected recorder uses the appropriate stream depending on the setting. For lower bandwidth in the IP network, it uses the low resolution stream (SD) and for plenty of reserve in the network, it uses the high resolution stream (HD1080p). Easy installation and configuration Thanks to analog video output (image section configuration) and PoE function (Power-over-Ethernet), installing and setting up the camera can be performed quickly by an electrician. Recording and video management For recording, it is advisable to use a network, hybrid recorder or a NAS (Network Attached Storage). Video management is done using ABUS VMS software. The “Express” version is included in the scope of delivery for the camera, additional security functions are available as an upgrade.
